It offers optimized simulation for welding robots, laser cutting, water jet, or curve-based trajectories. RARWI allows you to define, verify, optimize, and program welding robot operations. It generates automated tool movement trajectories based on the product's geometric design and integrates multiple variables for collision-free welding trajectories.
Users can perform feasibility studies with optimized, collision-free simulations. RARWI includes a comprehensive robot and controller library for all major robot manufacturers. Once robot trajectories are validated, programs can be imported and exported. Engineers can offline program robots from various manufacturers and verify robot syntax. With CATIA Control Build, PLC programs are managed, enabling work cell validation and virtual verification of control systems.
